Is Saturn the most sinister antagonist in One Piece?

Does Saturn stand as the most malevolent antagonist in One Piece? There's a disturbing implication that Saturn dispatched agents to abduct young women for nefarious purposes, intending to subject them to experiments and view humans as mere breeding tools akin to insects. Unfortunately, Ginny became one of the unfortunate victims, and the satisfaction in Saturn's voice was unsettling when he realized he could exploit one of the escaped slave children from God Valley.

Furthermore, he inflicted terminal illnesses on his slaves, leaving them to perish, but the tables turned with Ginny. Saturn seized the opportunity to exert control over Kuma and Bonney, manipulating their bodies for ongoing experiments. In a striking contrast to Vegapunk, Saturn represents the darker side of science, illustrating Oda's portrayal of the dual facets of this field.

The narrative hints at the Gorosei being purely malevolent, with no potential for redemption through flashbacks. It's a chilling revelation, and this is only the beginning of the unfolding story.

Jay Garcia Saturn Full Power

Who is Saint Jaygarcia Saturn?

Saint Jaygarcia Saturn is a prominent figure among the Five Elders who publicly govern the World Government, holding the esteemed title of the Warrior God of Science and Defense. Renowned for his extensive knowledge in these specific domains, Saturn is regarded as an authoritative figure in matters related to science and defense. Professing to be a scientist himself, he exuded confidence in his ability to discern the intricacies of Bartholomew Kuma's cyborg enhancements, asserting that not even Vegapunk, the world's foremost intellect, could deceive him in this regard.

As a central character in the Egghead Arc, Saturn emerges as the primary antagonist. Alongside the other Elders, he assumes a role as one of the overarching antagonists in the entire One Piece series, particularly in its Final Saga. Saturn's connection with Bartholomew Kuma traces back 38 years when, as an overseer during the Native Hunting Competition on God Valley, he encountered a young Kuma attempting to escape. The ensuing confrontation saw Kuma questioning his fate as a born slave and vowing to rescue others like Nika, prompting Saturn to justify his treatment based on Kuma's lineage as a member of the Buccaneers race.

Throughout the years, Saturn closely monitored Kuma's actions, learning of his ascent to the throne of Sorbet and his collaboration with Vegapunk to cure his daughter. Seizing the opportunity, Saturn aimed to use Kuma and his clones as human weapons for the government. Employing a plan to coerce Kuma into becoming one of the Seven Warlords while compromising his free will under the threat of enslaving his daughter, Saturn manipulated the situation to align with the government's agenda.

Saturn's involvement extended to Jewelry Bonney, whom he discovered four years ago and subsequently used as leverage to ensure Kuma underwent modifications into a human weapon devoid of memories and will. Despite Bonney gaining notoriety as a Super Rookie and a member of the Worst Generation while evading capture by the Marines, Saturn initially perceived her as a child who had outgrown her usefulness. However, his stance shifted when Bonney uncovered his connections with Vegapunk and Kuma, prompting her to stab Saturn. In retaliation, Saturn, while healing the wound, subjected Bonney to physical harm, asserting that Kuma's persecution stemmed from his Buccaneer heritage and warning her of a painful demise for defying the government, while ordering the Marines to take action against her.
