Drake's new track "Push Ups" targeting Kendrick Lamar

Days after J. Cole decided to withdraw his track "7 Minute Drill," which contained veiled jabs at Kendrick Lamar, from streaming platforms, a response from Drake has appeared to surface online in the form of "Push Ups (Drop and Give Me 50)." In this leaked four-minute track, Drake not only fires back at Lamar but also takes aim at several other rappers associated with Top Dawg Entertainment. Although the track emerged on social media without official confirmation from Drake, his recent Instagram story featuring a Kill Bill image adds credibility to its authenticity.

Additionally, Spotify/RapCaviar billboards in New York City reading "Hip-hop is a competitive sport" hint at a potential official release on digital streaming platforms. Drake begins by addressing Future's lyric about not trusting someone, asserting his long-standing support for Lamar's career. He then shifts focus to Lamar directly, questioning his credibility. He continues with verses targeting Maroon 5, Swifties, and a directive to Top Dawg Entertainment to release new music promptly. The lyrics take a sharper turn as Drake calls out Metro Boomin and The Weeknd, criticizing their actions and decisions. He also shares his perspective on J. Cole's recent decision to retract his diss track, dismissing it as ineffective in escalating their feud. While "Push Ups (Drop and Give Me 50)" has yet to officially debut on streaming platforms, the signs suggest it may be released soon, possibly accompanied by further tracks.
