Without knowing how much is left in the series though can’t even say luffy is going to be the one to rescue garp. Would make a great parallel to marineford, but for all we know koby could rally the troops and get the marines to fight with blackbeard directly. Would also seem like a missed opportunity for luffy not to be involved as that would be like their god valley. I’m just saying idk how much oda has left in the tank.
I’d like to think there’s a least a couple more arcs ahead of us after elbaf as they still haven’t met up with the revolutionaries yet which the side arc kinda suggests whatever bb is planning might drag the into the conflict too, but I guess we’ll see. Like if any of this did happen we’re talking about shit we won’t see until a year from now at least so don’t wanna get too far ahead of myself.
