I guess the owl didn't cause the things on the island to grow? I am not so sure about that part of the translation. Sure, giants might have just been huge from the start but everything on the island? The tree, the animals, the plants? We even got confirmation that other adam trees are nowhere near as big. The explanation makes it clear that the fruit only makes inorganic things grow, so everything organic in elbaph is naturally giant as far as we know. I understand this but I am just unsure about the correctness of this translation. I guess we'll wait and see. I am just giving an example with the adam tree. If it wasn't the owl, what made this adam tree grow this big while other ones, on other islands - not? Even if we say that the animals and giants themselves are unique species that are naturally big, we have an example of a tree that we know is the same type of tree as the other ones across the world but for some reason it is huge.
