This chapter was mostly just a recap, if not all recap, since the flashback was quite long I understand that some reader may be in need of it, and getting different characters up to speed makes sense in universe, so it is an excuse to fill in the readers too... But that only works for this week, on future reads, and volume re reads this chapter will feel like it is half filler, in fact it doesn't works that well for today either, we came after a break, in the infamous january, the month that gets the least amount of chapters because we have to pair new years, which has a break, the skip week of the whole magazine taking a break, and the mandatory monthly oda break, so counting the last chapter of december as technically being from january, all in all we get 2 chapters, and half of this chapter was a recap, rough shit.
Whoever has to direct the adaptation of this chapter for the anime is going to catch a lot of shit, specially after the new seasonal format, but no, we got baked in recaps now, I hope this doesn't becomes a trend going forward.
I think we only got like 3 or 4 new developments.
