Chapter starts with Hajrudin group in the elevator. As they go up, Gaban gives them full recap of situation, the enemies and their powers. When the group arrive to the “Sun World” they find Kashii injured.

Kashii explains the current chaos, so the Straw Hat Pirates and the New Giant Warrior Pirates decide to split up: Zoro and Hajrudin go to help Jarul, while Sanji goes to rescue Nami and Robin and to put out fire at school and library.
Kashii: "I beg you... please hurry!! Master Jarul is in trouble!!"

Then we see a double page with a map of the “Branch Route 8” showing where everyone is and what they are doing. Near the “Owl Library” we see Nami, Chopper, Robin and Jinbe still tied up with Gunko's arrows. Robin: "The library is burning..."
Nami: "They kidnapped the children!! Somebody release these “arrows”!!"
Jinbe: "Chopper hasn't returned yet... And Brook left too after he seemed to have some thoughts..."
Usopp: "Master Dorry!! Master Brogy!! Damn it!! I don't want to see those two like that!!"

The Domi Reversed Giant Warrior Pirates head toward Western Village to kill Jarul. Ripley, Oimo and other giants go to rescue the children. And the children have almost reached the port.

In the Western Village giants ask Jarul to run away but he refuses because he has something to tell to all of Elbaph. Then he uses a Den Den Mushi to communicate with all giants.

Jarul reveals the truth about what happened to Harald and he declares Loki's innocence. Then he talks about the “devils” that tried to conquer Elbaph 14 years ago.

Then, in an AMAZING double page, we see Imu/Gunko (commanding Domi Reversed giants), Killingham (commanding MMA) and Sommers listening Jarul's speech.
Jarul: "However... today the devils return!! I suspect they are in need of great forces once more... Three devils appear here for yet another attempt at conquering this nation!!"
Sommers: "Ahhh, the mission would complete itself even if I take a nap."
Jarul: "Listen up, you devils!! Since you put the children's lives on the line, we are willing to give up our “culture” and “history”!! But if this was a plan conceived to break our “will”, then what a stupendous move...!! Do not expect us to endure blindly as Harald has done!! “Rule” over us? Make us “slaves”? We let you talk for a while and it seems that made you feel too comfortable!!!"
Imu/Gunko: "..."
Usopp: "That's right!! You tell them, Jarul!! The Elbaph I admired is not being taken down by anyone!!"
Jarul: "My apologies, but dear children, please cover your ears...!! If everything goes as the “Harley” foretold, that the world will truly be separated into parts someday!! We, “Elbaph”, shall see the “World Government” as our enemy!!!"

In the EPIC final double page of the chapter, we see Jarul finishing his speech while giants prepare for battle. Usopp is very excited after Jarul's speech (his eyes are hearts) but Nami is angry because they are still prisoners looool
Jarul: "We shall not bend our knees to your tyranny!! Do I stand corrected!? My fellow “honorable warriors of Elbaph”!!"
Giants: "Absolutely!!! Master Jarul~~~~~~!!!"
Usopp (excited): "Ohhh myyy♡ My beloved Elbaph is finally back~~~~!!!"
Nami (angry): "Yeah, yeah!! But how about we think of a way to get us out of these arrows!!?"

Jarul declaring this is big. Loki is gonna have all support to become king. I bet you, there'll be giant emissaries / crews sent out to places that the SH have alliance to as a deterrent somehow, until the time is right.

What do they mean by: if they come in between they're done? I ask this because we've seen the pieces tilt a few times in the show, like some board game. Thought that this being showed when Imu was domi reversing giants and pieces were going from white to black.
Could Zoro have realised this immediately or did he really mean, it we get in the middle of them were done cause they're big?
Hmm, I actually wonder if perhaps brook's underworld chill could be effective against imus darkness. His chill should be more than simply cold, it should have actual supernatural properties in contrast to something like an ice logia.
So, it's recap chapter. Well, mostly. Kinda understandable because story of Harald was quite long actually. Anyway, good thing that people finally know that Loki didn't kill his father because he wanted but because he had to to protect Elbaf. For now there's not much to say but it's bit curious that Zoro have plan. I mean, most of his plans were stupid, like when he wanted to free himself from Mr 3 candle by cuting off his legs. That's joke of course, I'm sure Zoro is more serious now and have something solid in mind.
Can't blame Oda with the chapter. Last time the plot was on present-time, it was half 2025.
Around that time, Harald still had his horns when speaking to Loki & Hajrudin about protecting Elbaph, when that happened after he removed them. Also Imu was in the mood to a spectator about how the demonic giants go berserk with their new acquired powers... but now, he prepares to meddle.
I hope Usopp and Loki go towards him in any manner, i want one of them to be Domi Reversi-ed.
Ah, the Jarul confession part seems terrible, the guy can't even keep a secret. Loki strictly said to say to no one about that day. At least, wait until Loki appears saving somebody, not before.
Now that the full summary is out, this chapter is even better than I expected. We got a bit more lore from the Harley sacred text... 'The world will be split into parts'—this could indicate either a geopolitical separation (Revolutionaries, Government, Pirates, etc.) or the world literally breaking into pieces, which I believe aligns with Madam Shyarly’s vision. Luffy will probably defeat Imu with a blow so powerful it sends him through the Red Line and breaks the world apart!
